Orthodontics-Braces/Aligners

Dental braces are usually recommended for children while they’re growing up. Flaws in jaw structure, protruding teeth, cross bites and other problems become apparent in children from the age of 6 onwards. If a child is given braces from the age of 8 to 14, he or she gets optimal results.

This does not mean that adults can’t get braces. For adults, it is also the best dental treatment ever. It’s just that cosmetic or structural dental defects can easily be corrected in growing children. These days “orthodontics,” the branch of dentistry that deals with tooth and jaw reshaping, is sufficiently advanced to treat teeth displacement and jaw irregularities at any age, given moderate bone health.

Dental Aligners: Clear Aligners are transparent trays made of special material which are used to straighten teeth just like braces. They use gentle and constant force to move the teeth in the required position without going through the hassles of metal wires and brackets. They are custom made for each patient through a digital scan.
